Join Tina as she leads you through a series of practices that involve yoga poses, guided relaxation, meditation, writing, mindfulness techniques, aromatherapy, discussion to reset our energy and direct our minds and bodies for what the next month has in store for us.

This is for you if you’re going through something, need to feel supported, need to release something, feel disconnected from yourself and/or want to meet a local community of strong women.
